*Bio:Dylan was an orphin at age two. He was adopted at age 2. He found out he was adopted on his 9th birthday. He lived in Reno, Nevada. He got attacked by a furrie.
*RP:I walk in to my room. I turn on my alt rock music. I do my homework, reluctently. I go on Face Book. I leave for the park to mess with kids

The powers are more fit for gods. Mabey he could control rain in certain areas, like if he was at the park, every where he moved, there was no rain.
